B All-In 12-Week Personalized App-Based Training:
The B All-In: 12-Week Personalized Progressive Programming is is an app/web based training program. You receive top-notch training, programs, and expertise from Bodies by Burgoon trainers. You’re able to train on your time, when it’s most convenient for you.
Clients Receive:
• Workouts that are easily customizable to your goals (with easy progression tracking)
• Unlimited text/email support
• Onboarding calls
• Regular check-ins
Payment Options:
• 3 installments of $99.00
• 1-time payment of $249.00
Recommended Equipment:
• 1 Set of Each Dumbbells: (5lb, 10lb, 15lb, 20lb) OR Adjustable Dumbbells
• Resistance Bands (red and orange) with a Door Strap
• Glute Loop
• Weight Bench
In-Home Virtual Training
In-Home Virtual Training bring our trainers to your home (or hotel room, or workplace) through the magic of technology. You have appointment and we coach you through a session, just like we would in the gym. You receive the same top-notch training from the same trainers working the training floor in the gym every day. It’s a great option for those who cannot leave their homes (for health, work, or care-taking reasons), those who live too far to train in our Minneapolis gym, and even for those with busy travel schedules. In-home virtual sessions can be used interchangeably with in-studio sessions (for when you are in town, or are able to get into our Northeast Minneapolis training studio.
