Training Cancelations
Clients receive one free cancellation with less than 24-hour notice each month; more than one cancellation per month with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged one session

Training No Shows
Clients who do not show up for a session without notice prior to the start of their session are automatically charged one session

Training Referrals
Clients receive two free sessions each time a referral signs-on for four or more sessions
